One of the beautiful things about hand embroidery is that no two caps are exactly alike! Every cap starts with the same sketch-design, however each finished product has it’s own unique character.

At the moment, I am only shipping within Australia. If you are outside of Australia and interested in placing an order, please reach out via the Get in Touch page or Instagram DM — I’d love to hear from you!

Each cap is stitched by hand and made to last — but gentle care is key. Spot clean with a damp cloth and avoid soaking or machine washing.

Each Joifel Creative piece is made by hand, so slight variations are part of what makes your cap unique. However, if your order arrives and you’re not happy with it, I want to make it right!
Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order by sending me a message via Instagram DM or through the Contact page here on the website. I’ll personally respond to help resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
– Unworn and in original condition
– Returned within 14 days of approval
As a small handmade business, I can’t offer change-of-mind returns at this time, but I’ll always do my best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

Each Joifel Creative cap is hand-embroidered in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be carefully packed and shipped.
Orders are sent via AusPost. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Sustainable Packaging:
All orders are shipped in boxes with all components — from the shipping label to the tape and tissue being 100% compostable. Included in your order is a seeded thank you card that can be planted to grow Swan River Daisies. Please reuse, recycle, or compost your packaging where possible.

Not at the moment — each piece in the shop is part of a small collection and is stitched slowly by hand, which takes a lot of time while I am still working my day job. However, I’m hoping to offer custom orders in the future! If you’d like to be the first to know when this option becomes available, be sure to follow along on Instagram @joifelcreative for updates.
